Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take a little longer — we'll always do our best to keep things moving.
Estimated delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our partner warehouse.
Possible delays
Customs, weather, or local carrier disruptions can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We monitor every shipment and will keep you updated if anything looks off.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours so we can try to update it before dispatch.
Lost package support
If your tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, reach out at support@bunnymomclub.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
