Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on eligible items.
Eligible items
Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used or opened consumables (food, treats, hay) are non-returnable.
Damaged or incorrect items
Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@bunnymomclub.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund process
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
